At Gravity we understand that in certain circumstances an individual may NOT be allowed to pick up your child due to custody agreements or other restrictions.

Summer Camp Guidelines 2024

A non-refundable or transferable $50.00 deposit per week/day of camp is required to reserve your child's sport. Deposit is due at registration. *

No credits or make-ups are given for absences during camp. *

Camp is payable by cash or credit card only. Checks will NOT be accepted. *

A credit card authorization on file is required for all pre-registrations. *

Discounts cannot be combined. Greatest discount will always be applied. Sibling discount is 10%. *

Session upgrades: daily upgrades will be charged as follows: Session I to Session II = $15.00, *

Late Pick Ups: your account will be charged $25.00 per every 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time. *

Walk-ins: an additional fee of $20.00 per child will be charged if registration occurs the morning of camp. Member discounts will not apply. Please pre-register! *

Tuition will be processed every Friday before each week of camp selected. In the case payment does not go through and balance is not paid before camp begins, a $20.00 late fee will be assessed to the account. *

All campers are required to wear a Gravity t-shirt uniform which can be purchased onsite or online Pro-shop. Cost of uniform is $19.69 *

Cancellations:

In order to avoid automatic charges, you must contact Gravity's office by email at [email protected]. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. *

If cancellation is received the Thursday prior to your selected camp week, there will be no charges on the account. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. *

If cancellation is received the Sunday prior to your camp selected week, you can receive a 70% refund (after deposit) or a 100% credit on your account (after deposit). *

If cancellation is received after camp begins, no credits or refunds will be issued to the account. *
